I really enjoyed The Road Less Stupid. I also have enjoyed podcasts that Keith Cunningham has been a guest on, highly encourage listening to those interviews.This book, similar to his interviews, cuts right to the chase and doesn’t hold punches. It is written in his in your face style in places. It highlights “key” points by literally placing a 🔑 key image on the line. Great at making sure I paid attention to that point.The first 120 pages were solid advice.The last 30 were ads to check out his software service for business financial scorecard and his coaching/consulting/training services.Felt robbed of my last 30 pages and feel I should receive a 1/5 refund.Please, next time give away your sales pitch in an e-book... don’t sell me in a book I paid to own.

I was in jungle warfare for 6 years building my brick and mortar local product business, ensuring its self funded survival from 100k to its 8 figures now. It killed me that I hadnt cracked the profit code, even though my background was accounting. Also being an avid business book reader I thought i was doing it all right. This book simplifies and gets you to the crux metrics for profitability. So glad I found this book.

Keith layout very clear about how can we get optic about the performance of any given business. This is certainly the most important measure and the key to success. Most of time we stuck with how to do it, but this book give me clear vision of how and what I will get.

The book was good for beginners, but the accounting was very basic, just packaged differently. There were one or two gems but it was definitely not worth the high price.

Keith’s book is a really easy read and covers a heap of vital concepts that are really important to successfully running and funding any business.
