Perfect fit. Correct connection. Clear display. Was a 5 minute install. For some it may appear to be low. For me it is just right. My primary use for it is to align my hitch to the trailer, which it has good visibility. As far as further behind the truck it has enough visibility to see any one or vehicle/obstacle behind you to not back into it. It did not come with lines to show the path, but that's ok, I would rather have an unobstructive view. Would recommend, specially for the price.

Update 3 1/2 months later the camera inside the casing has now fallen down and shows me my ball hitch instead of where I’m going. This back up camera was a great surprise! It is better than the OEM camera that was installed in my 2012 F-150. I definitely recommend this camera, especially for the price! Easy to install, is equipped with the outlined back up lane, video is absolutely clear and has great functionality.

Perfect fit for my 2012 F150. Quick install. No issues. I have grid lines and Zoom1 works without taking it to the dealer for reprograming. Zoom 2 and 3 keep it on the zoom1 view. The view is more fisheye than the original camera, and the grid lines are thinner, but for a fraction of the cost of a dealer repair it’s worth it for me. Grid lines appear centered/aligned appropriately. I also feel like some of the menu options for park aid, fixed grid lines, etc., might not be working the same as before, but those are options I haven’t played with since I bought the truck, so I can’t swear to it. I debated giving 5 stars, but wanted to acknowledge the minor shortfalls relative to the OEM camera. A couple of other notes. I had the original housing and emblem design and despite trying to be careful, I did snap off the tabs on the emblem. Also, at 13 years old, the Torx fastener holding the retaining clip in place was totally rusted and crumbling apart so I could not get it to unscrew. Fortunately I had purchased the replacement housing/emblem kit so I trashed all of the old stuff and put in all new. No comment yet on durability as I just did this today. If I have any issues I’ll update the review.

Camera seems to work just fine. Issu was that after I installed it the 1st time I noticed that the screws that hold the connector housing on were loose, so I had to pull it, tighten the screws and reinstall. This is a QC fail, hopefully there aren’t any more lurking inside.

Decent for the price, sometimes when it first comes on the picture is purple but after a second it gets itself together. Good view - i had to go back and trim some of the gasket off because it was too tight and pointing the camera down too much. Easy to install

My Honda Pilot backup camera went black, I could only saw the two yellow guide lines on the screen when I put the the car to reverse. I purchased this from Amazon. It took me 2 hours to get the old one replaced; most time I spent was to take off the trim; it could be done faster. The new backup camera fits very well, exactly 100% replacement of the oem. The image is much clear and it has a wider view angle too.

It works well and the image is very good, It fits perfectly.

The ACAUTO rear view backup camera installed very easily and works great. As for longevity we' ll see how long it lasts.
