Ticked off! I only received the pillow, no earplugs or eye mask. I was going on a trip, and opened the bag to see how the pillow fit. I thought the eye mask and earplugs were at the bottom of the bag. I flew out on Wednesday, and only the pillow was in the bag. No earplugs or eye mask. I called Amazon, and they said to mail it back. Box had been recycled, and no other boxes in my home. The pillow is very comfortable, but missing earplugs and eye mask is a problem! Amazon was not assistive. *****Update 12/1/19 The individual seller sent me a complete new product including the ear plugs and mask. They contacted me personally to let me know they were sending out a new product, and contacted me after delivery to ensure that I received the product with all additional items. The pillow is very soft, and use it around the house. The mask is comfortable. Very pleased now that I have all the items. Do not hesitate to buy as the seller did make sure I was satisfied.

Just recently purchase this pillow and it is very comfortable! I already tried it out and it was so comfortable that I fell asleep quickly. The material was not too hot and the pillow has a great form that will adjust to your body and spring back into its original shape when you’re not using it. The eye mask and earplugs will come in handy while traveling. The only reason I did not give this product five stars is the carrying bag. As you can see in the picture the bag was coming apart at the seams before I used it. It is made of cheap nylon that will come apart at the seams easily. The seller also has great customer service! They reply to your questions or issues quickly and address any issues you may be having. I would buy from this seller again.

I love everything about this neck pillow. The adjustable cords give you a snug fit if you’d like, it comes with a protective carrying case, ear plugs, and and eye mask. The foam is very comfortable. However, I did not give it five stars because the stitching on my pillow is very poorly done. I’ve been gentle with it but I’m afraid the pillow case will rip open at any time. I’ve only used it on one trip. I’m hoping it’ll at least last me 5 trips but we’ll see.

This is a nice set. Everything fits in a carry bag, and is lightweight. I used my set a few months ago, and was impressed by the comfort of the neck pillow. The earplugs and eye mask were a welcome bonus.

I have 3 levels fused in my neck so can’t let it slip sideways or forward when I’m trying to nap upright. I travel frequently on flights of 13-16 hours to the opposite hemisphere at least 8 times a year. The Sairieder Travel Pillow works perfectly. The ends have an adjustable cord that snaps together for adjustable fit. The memory foam is stiff enough to hold your head up but doesn’t create pressure points. The snap-together cord also means you can attach it to your luggage without fear of losing it. It rolls up snugly in a nice little pouch and doesn’t take up space when you don’t need it to be handy. I was blown away by the message from the manufacturer before it even arrived, thanking me for my purchase and letting me know they were there to solve any problem I might have. I think it’s priced right. I’m very happy with it after several 13 hour trips in the past few weeks.

I bought these for my kids (elementary aged) and they slept comfortably with them on while on a road trip. We tried the microbead neck pillows in the past and they ended up being a fail (weren't washable, lacked neck support, would fall off, kids neck would completely hang over while sleeping). I love that the covers are removable and machine washable, which I have already done. I do recommend cold gentle cycle, and hang dry since the cover already fits snug to begin with. Now, I keep these stored in my vehicle, compress rolled in the carrying bag, to have on hand. I will say, this might not be for very young children or any children that have a tendency to put objects in their mouth. The toggle on the drawstring came off of one of them (which was easy to put back on), but that could be a potential choking hazard.

THe pillow is smaller than I expected. It comes with eye cover and ear plug, packaged separately, which is nice. The pillow cover is soft. However, The foam is too soft, barely providing any support for head. It immediately collapse once I lay my head on it, pretending I am siting on the airplane sofa. I have a small head for your reference. I let my 9 year old kid try, it look better suits her size. So not recommend for adult especially you need some support of your head during the travel. Will need to return.
