1 Month in and I’ve definitely got stronger! I lift 3 times a week and I’ve been able to increase weight every week for the past month easily! I was lowkey shocked but after doing research into this product, how it works and the science behind it I see a HUGE difference. Although it’s pricey I can admit this product really does work, I can only imagine this product in the hands of those that a really gym guys!

Pills are little big but dint have an issue drinking them. They work n u can see the difference in the gym when you lift. 👍👍

First workout without these and noticed a Big difference in stamina and little in power! Been using 4 tabs before workouts only, for a long while of off and on again workouts and now more consistent and getting stronger fast and felt it without these for sure!!! Quality supplement and backed by science

I used to really love this stuff. I took it daily four months until I realized this product causes insulin resistance over prolonged use so I wouldn’t recommend this product, unfortunately

I've tried countless supplements. Most of them don't work. I take it for 2-3 months and see if I notice a difference. Then I stop taking it and see if I notice a difference. After I started on this I noticed a difference after just about 2 weeks. A little bit more muscle mass, and faster recovery. I'm in my fifties so I need every advantage I can get, and this definitely helps.

I just now bought this, I will update with my results after a months usage. I will post strength gains, muscle gains, water retention, and weight with a comparison from what they were before and then after. I will keep updating this for months on end as well. But easy to swallow and hopefully good value. Shipping time is about A week. Good packaging. Week 1- I’ve been using this for about a week now. I have noticed slight changes. My energy seems to be better in the gym without any pre workout. I’ve also noticed that my biceps have appeared a little bigger than normal. I was able to move almost my max bench with ease. Way easier than before taking this. I’ll update once a week or two. -update after however long: I stopped using this because I just wasn’t as consistent with it as I should have, but I definitely saw energy, strength and a little mass. just received, so not tried it yet but; be aware this is not a 30 day 'daily' supply as mentioned here. as per direction on product provided, 4 a day = 24 servings. however, they do state only for workout days. let's see how well it works, fancy bottle though.
