The Grate Plate Ceramic Grater (Includes peeler and brush) - Charcoal

Outstanding product. I was worried that it was too sharp and too aggressive but the very first use convinced me, (the sharpness was nowhere near enough to be uncomfortable but did make a perfect grind very fast. Your fingers are safe.) I didn’t think I needed the brush or the peeling tube but both amazed me with how easy to use and how fast they worked. Amongst the three tools, I can process three or four cloves of garlic in less time than it takes me to clean a knife. (Speaking of which, these are not hard to clean at all. I just drop a little dish soap into the plate and use the brush to scrub, washing the plate and brush at the same time.) And it looks good. That never hurts. I’m buying one for my boss and another for my coworker as a gift.

Wow, this is lovely in person! Green is beautiful and a very well crafted. The raised grating does not hurt your fingers, but gets the job done effectively. The little cardboard box items came in would make this easy for gift giving. Love the assortment of color options for everyone to choose from. I chose the green because it reminds me of the PNW. Also, love that the brand is from Oregon. Would definitely recommend!

I love this grater! First off, it is beautiful and we have it sitting on one of our open shelves in the kitchen. The grater itself works amazingly well. We made pizza last night and used the grater to grate some garlic that added amazing flavor to our pizza. The grater is much easier to use than a metal grater where I'm constantly razing off a layer of skin. This morning we used it for ginger and it worked wonderfully too!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this product!!! Theres no better way to get a garlicy paste than this! I like the peelingtool but its not perfect...it doesnt always grab the peel quickly and it can break the clove which then makes it fall apart when your grinding it...the other issue im running into is not busting my rather short nails on the grinder and trying to hold onto the slippery clove. All in all...the challenges are worth it...i still love it and use it often instead of mincing my garlic...it goes a lot faster especially when ive forgotten to add garlic to something already hot in the pan!

1. This grater set is not only cute, but extremely well made. 2. It is such a breeze to peel and mince garlic 3. The brush is perfect for getting all of the garlic out of the plate's nooks and crannies 4. Perfect for those who want fresh garlic, but hate mincing with a knife. The only downside is that your hands WILL smell like garlic because you hold the garlic while you rub it on this grater, and the juices get all over you. I suggest buying a stainless steel odor remover with this. Other than that, PERFECT!

This little grater is easy to use and makes perfect fine grated garlic. The garlic roller is fantastic, but requires acquiring a "feel" for when the garlic skin has peeled. It took me a couple of cloves of garlic to get the "feel", but after that it worked great resulting in whole peeled garlic cloves.

Doesn't shred the ginger as well as I'd like it to but definitely does the job in a pinch and very cute for the kitchen.

Met the Guy who makes these at a Palm Springs Farmers Market. Ended up buying the plate online. I gifted it to my dad who loves to cook. He has since used it for many different recipes and utilizes the plate so much with all the grating with vegetables, nuts, and some fruits! It is a great product highly recommend! Easy to use wether or not your a cook in the kitchen.
