Good product just that Velcro needs a revamp
Have been using this product for more than 2 months now and overall happy with this product. Heating is optimal, may not be as high as in standalone heating belts. Massager is Ok types, may not be equivalent to hand held massagers but still is decent. One main disadvantage about this product - the Velcro loosens quicker than expected(2 months in my case) which is unexpected with this kind of high pricing, quality of Velcro could have been better !!! Need to find a way to repair this, first with product customer support, if at all available. Apart from that the product performs its function as expected. 3rd Nov update : Downgrading the review star by 1 point.The Velcro is becoming totally useless and without this the product does not serve the purpose. Tried reaching the NIVKart customer care for support from September but still don’t have a solution from them. After spending few thousands and not receiving after sale support is quite disappointing. 30th Nov update : Got the Velcro repaired by NIVKart itself. They ensured the product was picked up and delivered without much hassles. Appreciate their gesture !!! Hopefully the Velcro lasts long !!! The product performs inline with my expectation, happy to have purchased this product.
