Pros: 1. glasses fit well. 2. Transition lens go dark to amethyst (transition color I chose) when in direct sunlight. In car, less so. I have very light sensitive eyes and need to use several types of sunglasses depending on the time of day, direction of sun, time of year where sun is. I wear contacts and driving with these glasses was just fine. Able to see. Lenses provide enough darkness for the situation I am in. 3. Settings easy to use. The app guides you through it. 4. The sound is clear and not too loud or soft. Cons: I had trouble getting Waze navigation voice to be loud enough through the glasses. Working on that. Overall, pricey item that works well for me especially while driving where I primarily use them.

I ordered these Meta × Ray‑Ban smart glasses on June 6, 2025—and they were dead on arrival. They never powered up beyond the initial LED flash, rendering every advertised feature unusable from day one. For an innovative, premium‑priced device, this level of fundamental failure is inexcusable. My efforts to resolve the issue devolved into an endless cycle of unfulfilled promises: Email after email assuring me of replacement units and software fixes—none ever arrived. Broken commitments from support reps who vanished for days at a time. No accountability when I opted to return within the 30‑day window: I was left out over $300 with no refund, exchange, or even a courtesy credit. Product quality was substandard, and customer service was worse. The hardware failed instantly, and Ray‑Ban’s support team displayed a staggering lack of professionalism. Do not waste your money on these—there’s simply no excuse for this combination of DOA units and abysmal service.

Los lentes son muy buenos yo se los regalé a mi esposa para que haga videos para sus redes sociales de su trabajo y usa mucho ese tipo de lentes sólo que estos le irritaron desde el primer día que se los puso al ir caminando en la calle le empezó a molestar y se le inflamó como si fuera una quemadura no sé si sea por el material de plástico porque siempre usa lentes y nunca le había pasado eso mandé mensaje y correos pero no me dan respuesta sólo es para informar y quiero saber de qué material están hechos pero al final los lentes son muy buenos a ella le gustan mucho ahora tiene que usar un plástico para que no le irrite

Sometimes you hit record and just forget you're recording. The moments you capture are more genuine since they came from your point of view. Going back to your videos just brings you back to the moment! Great for vacations, concerts, theme parks, and biking! Would recommend the transition option for indoor and outdoor use!

El producto me llegó totalmente nuevo, todo sellado y sus funciones valen la pena.

Están con ganas solo que me quedaron un poco grandes entonces las bocinas quedan más atrás de lo que deberían. Pero con lo de los videos, fotos y demás, todo está excelente.

Me sirvieron muy bien dos meses nada más y después de dos meses ya no funcionaron los audífonos y ni el botón ahora sólo graba pero con voz por que el botón dejó de funcionar de la nada
