Thank you for providing great Bottarga product. As a child, my dad used to buy Bottarga from Egypt and Lebanon and I was the odd one in the family to have liked it since it is outstandingly sharp and bitter. But adding lots olive oil and plenty of garlic slices made me fall in love. Now, 40 years later, I am glad I found a seller with reasonable to fair pricing.

Rich, fresh taste, and well packaged.

I will not eat that and I will not recommending to order. It’s look old and taste bad.

Great bottarga very original and you would be happy with this purchase, I had to peal off the thin layer the egg sac because it was little too saltyDefinitely will buy it again

I wouldn’t suggest avoiding this product but it certainly was not the quality that I’m used to. The price point was fair, but the product didn’t have some of the residual sweetness that I am used to in higher quality Bottarga products. I am however likely to try it again because bottarga is just one of those things that can differ radically from package to package and the company has a good reputation. I would use this in any number of dishes but as a stand alone product for pasta - No. Not the box I bought. I would say this is a “good“ Bottarga.

Finally Bottarga is available! no more buying it cross country! Price is good too!

This is top notch flavor, the quality is great, price is perfect, very similar to the one with the wax covering it but I love both almost same. I do enjoy the wax covering and the lighter color 👍
