Good Product & Nice Service
Bought of HP laptop. Great performance. Battery is perfect. Some issues with the charging cable. Replaced with another one very soon. Service response was great.

Damaged product supplied
The media could not be loaded. The Laptop screen form one side is damaged (Photo attached) there is large, about half inch diameter, blurry patch on screen. As per description of laptop on amazon, no scratches are visible from 30 cm distance, but patch on screen is visible even from 90 cm.Top cover of laptop have two large cracks (photo attached).Right key of touchpad is completely dead and do not respond.Battery is almost dead, screen becomes too dim to be readable on battery power. Brightness do not increase even if settings are changed. This laptop is shipped with 50,000- mAh battery, but the one supplied have 28,875 mAh (Screenshot of analytic software report attached).I have submitted replacement request. Will update, if replaced.Amazon Customer Care were very kind and agreed to return the laptop. Got refund.

This refurbishment is amazing
The laptop was in excellent condition. Although refurbished feels like new works like new. Have used it for multiple tasks like video conferencing and gaming. The audio is excellent. Referred rate is good. Never found it wanting for Performance. I'm happy that I purchased refurbished. As I got a better model with superior specs.

Got warranty 3 years from HP even if it's refurbished
1. Value for money, performance, functionality, stability, durability & security are the factors to consider this laptop.2. HP provides Warranty upto 18/11/2027. Even new laptop brands don't give this much warranty period. This is a corporate laptop used in between 2019-2022. I think that's why HP provided 3 years of warranty. It has TPM2 hardware chip.3. Only local account creation is possible during installation of Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2024 (Need to buy license separately if any one want to get windows update support upto 2034 ) , which is good for privacy concerned person. I like this version of windows because of no bloatware present and light version of Windows 11 OS.4. No Microsoft account log in possible while installing Windows, which is not good for privacy concerned people like me. Also additional settings required for more privacy.5. Little faded color found at corner of panel. But it is negligible.6. Option to increase RAM.7. No hardware fault found after using little more than one month.8. Around 36 GB written in SSD. Generally SSD got failure after 75-80 TB of writing data to it. So, can be considered good. SSD brand 'Micron' has been used in this laptop. For reliability of this SSD I have over provisioned 22.3 GB of space.Lastly, I can say go for this laptop.Will update further after using smart card single sign on. Not required for Home user. For sensitive data protection it's a added layer of security.

Laptop quality
This laptop is extremely bad. The battery discharges completely in just 1 hour, the brightness is very low, and the buttons don’t work properly. I’ve called Amazon customer care four times, but no one paid attention to the issue, and even HP didn’t care.Please, no one should buy this laptop.

Excellent Product at this price
The media could not be loaded. Very nice product. Minor scratches but that can be neglected for such a low cost but excellent Product.
