Great feel in the hand and super sharp
This is a beautiful kitchen knife, from the burnished dark wood handle to the ultra-sharp blade. It is nicely weighted without being overly heavy or light. I just received it last week, so haven't had a chance to see how the edge sharpness holds up over time. Of course, all knives need to be sharpened, but often stainless steel blades don't hold an edge very well. I'm hoping with the carbon component in this one that it will have some durability. Will check back with an update when I see how it lasts.

High quality design and long-lasting
I bought this knife a few months ago. To this day, I have had no problems with it and I did not have to sharpen it once! The construction of the knife is top-notch, and the handle is very comfortable and easy to grip. It's really easy to cut things into thin slices, which is perfect for a ratatouille impression I did a month ago. I would definitely recommend this knife for anyone who likes to cook, or wants to start learning to cook!
