I have been happy with the Himalayan brand of supplements in the past. I have been hearing a lot about the B complex vitamins and their importance. These B complex supplements are easy to swallow, even though they are on the larger side. The serving size is 2 per day so this bottle will last you a month. I am pleased with the nutrients included: B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, folic acid and biotin. Overall, it seems to be a quality supplement.
