FULL DETAIL REVIEW WITH SOUND + FOOTAGE
FULL DETAIL REVIEW WITH FOOTAGE: Hands-down the BEST “cheap” camera on Amazon. I bought it after watching a YouTuber (who’s known for making fun of these cheap low-end cameras and their quality) review it and be surprised that it’s the first of its kind to actually “work decently well.” (his channel is “bigtb1717”) - The camera quality is alright, but still very good for the price, 7.5/10 - The microphone is decent, and WAY better than the “2000s Skype Call” mics of the other cameras in this price range, 9/10 (this is WITHOUT the microphone accessory it comes with, it’s definitely 10/10 with it attached) - The night vision mode works perfectly, does its job, 9.5/10 - Battery life: I haven’t fully tested it yet but it seems like it loses a bar after only 5 minutes of idling, 6/10 (again, not fully tested it, expect 1-2 hours of recording at a time) - Zoom: Does its job fine, nothing special 7/10 - Auto Focus: Probably one of the only cameras in this price range that has it at all, otherwise it works fine, 8/10 NOTES: - This does NOT come with a memory card, so make sure to have one before buying this - In the Wi-Fi transfer app, the video previews come out as very laggy, however that’s ONLY for the preview. Once downloaded and on your phone’s albums, it’s normal and at 30/60 FPS. - When I received mine, the manual did not have a QR code or any indication of the Wi-Fi transfer app’s name. If you’re looking for it, it’s called “iSmart DV2” on the App Store. Conclusion: Overall, probably the best camera in the cheap sub-$200 category on Amazon. It’s worth its price, but, again, it is still a cheap camera and easily outclassed by quality names such as Canon and Sony. I bought it on a budget for vacation and I can’t wait :)

Impressive
Giving it 4 stars now only because have not had it for long and have not used all the functions yet. Will update when more use. So far, easy to use and set up. Purchased fir my teenager who says it’s great. So many uses. Easy touch screen to change settings and I believe there is an extra battery for camera. All cables included along with case. Only thing needed to purchase was a SD card. Video quality is fine. Like that it’s pretty lightweight.

Would like to return, but it isn’t broken soooo
Save your money! Audio card is weak AF, any attempt to use setting any higher than 2.7k makes picture look like weird AI, focus is fixed, feels cheap in the hand, attachment point of the screen is weak, only get useable audio with boom mic if you’re standing right next to it. Hooked up my Rode lavalier mic, same thing. Got this to augment multi camera angle shots for my YT pew pew video channel, remote works Sometimes, have not even tried to use the WI-FI OPTION YET. You get a bag for the camera, but everything else has to go in something else. This unit would probably be OK for a child or a teenager just starting out and learning how to film and use a camera but for someone who needs more options and better options this is not the ticket.

Amazing recorder with reasonable price
The 5K camera recorder delivers exceptional video quality, boasting stunning resolution and vibrant, true-to-life colors. Its advanced stabilization ensures smooth, professional-grade footage, even in dynamic settings. The ergonomic design and intuitive touchscreen make it user-friendly, while dual SD card slots and solid battery life support extended recording sessions. Connectivity options like Wi-Fi and Bluetooth simplify content sharing. Also the affordable price is friendly to everyone, I use it instead of iPhone in some privacy scenarios and also I give it to my kids for enjoy camering what they want.

WiFi feature defect
Purchased this however WiFi feature turns off immediately after turning it on unable to transfers photos via WiFi like it's advertised. Returned camera bought a second camera still doing the same exact thing. WiFi feature not staying on long enough for photos to be transferred. Buyer be ware. Seller does nothing about it. Almost like they don't care. It's a nice camera but might return and find a similar camera bc of the known defect. I almost think the other reviews are cap. Bc this can't be just me.

Awsome camera
I recently purchased the 5K Video Camera Camcorder, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my decision! This camera boasts an impressive 48MP resolution, which captures stunningly clear images and videos. The built-in Wifi feature allows for easy sharing, and the IR night vision capability ensures that I can shoot great footage even in low light conditions. The 16X digital zoom is fantastic for capturing distant subjects without losing quality. Additionally, the touchscreen interface is user-friendly, making navigation a breeze. The 6-axis anti-shake technology has significantly improved the stability of my recordings, and the external microphone enhances audio quality, making it perfect for vlogging. Overall, this camera exceeds my expectations and is an excellent choice for anyone looking to elevate their video recording experience! Highly recommend!

Wow, I can't believe how bad this is based on the reviews
I think Elizabeth's review was the only honest one so far. A 10-year-old cell phone could probably do better. I really wanted something that would be easier to hold and use than a phone for an upcoming show I need to record to produce a video of it for a non-profit, so didn't want to spend a ton of money. Edit: I ended up returning it. But I wanted to give more details. The video is extremely grainy, even in good lighting. It gets worse and worse the more you zoom, and we aren't talking far distances cause the zoom isn't that far, just zooming in on my desk 9 feet away. 5K is useless unless you want 5K of grainy footage. The audio from the built in microphone was barely audible. I couldn't get the external microphone to work. (Yes, it was charged, the blue light on, and the audio cable connected.) The instructions were limited and didn't mention the accessories. I had a hard time putting together and attaching the lens hood, but wanted to try it out to see if it help the video quality any. (It didn't) I gave it 2 stars instead of 1, because it did come with a lot of stuff, including a spare battery. Also, the touchscreen was a nice feature. I didn't want to return it and really hoped I could figure out how to get good video (and audio) out of it, but it wasn't happening.
