This FORIOUS kitchen faucet is a great upgrade for my kitchen. The brushed stainless steel finish looks very modern and stylish. The pull-out spray head is incredibly convenient for washing dishes and filling pots and pans. The 360-degree swivel makes it easy to reach all areas of the sink. The water pressure is excellent, and the faucet is easy to install. The only downside is that the handle can sometimes feel a bit stiff.Overall, I'm very happy with this faucet and would recommend it to others.

I've seen this type of tap in old American Movies and always wanted one. At that time, this type of tap with a pull-out head like a shower was not available in the UK, so I was pleased to find this. I always thought it looked so versatile, it is.Its build quality and finish are excellent, it's even presented well. In addition, it uses standard fittings, so it's easy to fit as a replacement. Nothing is awkward or over-sized despite its extra hose and function. The only extra work involved is connecting the passthrough hose to itself and the weighted balance for that hose. If you can manage to fit a standard tap, you can fit this.That being said, there is one caveat. As far as I can tell, whilst the main body of the tap is metal, the showerhead-style faucet appears to be plastic. It is not cold like the body of the tap and is relatively light. I will investigate this further and update the review with my findings, if any. It is stated as being stainless steel, but stainless steel is not usually cast into such complex rounded shapes. If it is plastic, that could become an issue over time...Update:I did look into the issue further, the head is plastic. Thinking about it more, I now realise it appears to use a standard shower hose fitting, so you could replace it in the future with a regular shower head. They are readily available in plastic, stainless steel, or chromed brass, all of which would match. I did not have time to test out this theory yet, but it looks like it would fit and locate in the body of the tap fine, since you would retain the metal screw fitting on the end of the hose that fits into the tap, holding the head in place reliably. You can see the fitting in detail in my second picture.I assume and hope it uses a standard ceramic cartridge that's easily replaceable, I don't know yet...Other than that, it is excellent. It's so useful for so many things. In the past I have often used the shower to wash things down well, now I can do it in the sink, perfect. I use it for rinsing vegetables, washing buckets, painting equipment and trays, and hand-washing garments.I live in a small place and have a standard stainless steel sink, it would certainly make even more sense if you have a larger sink. It would be great for a hobby or washroom too.All the standard tap actions work smoothly and it's easy to control the flow of water predictably. Even the auto-retract weighted hose works well, it doesn't always slide back completely by itself but it makes it pretty tactile to use.That's about it. I finally have the tap I always wanted, like those people in the movies, and it's a great quality tap too, so it's not just a gimmick or gadget.The only potential issue is with its faucet.

The opportunity to review this tap came the day after our existing tap unfortunately broke, so I was very pleased to be able to try it out. It was fitted the day it arrived and has been in use for over three weeks with no issues.I didn't fit it myself, but the plumber friend who did said it was an easy one to fit, and should be suitable for most people to manage themselves, as long as you have the space under the sink.The tap itself looks stylish and was a perfect match for our matt black sink. You can use it as a spray, or a normal tap mode, and its easy to swap from one to the other. The handle of the tap is easy to use, and sets the temperature and water pressure that goes into the tap, and the hose extends to make rinsing dishes, or cleaning the sink much easier.Overall its a really handy, easy to fit tap, the hose and choice of spray types makes it more versatile than most, so I'm very pleased with it, and I'm happy to recommend it.
