If youre ready to do major self relection i recomend this book
I was not prepared for how much relief this book offered me. Anxieties and troubles ive been struggling with for years have lifted.Im overwhelmed by the amount of clarity ive experienced and the rapid rate of my internal shift. After doing the exercises from the book i experienced one epiphany after another and now i see myself and others with a different perspective. its like something has lifted and i see everything differently.I like the audiobook version because i can listen to the meditations with my eyes closed.* IF * youre ready to really look at yourself, your thought patterns, forgive, and release the blame youve been clinging onto, i recomend this book.

A book that creates miracles in your life
Every few years, I come upon a book that is life changing. I read this at the right time for me. All the puzzle pieces are clicking into place. The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) exercises, the prayers, the meditations and the journal that comes with it all have transformed how I am living my life.At first I thought, how can I do this? Not judge anyone for anything? Jeez. That is impossible. Especially self judgment. I am my harshest critic. But the more I let go of judgment and accept people for who they are (and myself with all of my flub ups and mistakes), the better I feel. There are also exciting miracles. When I let go of the judgments, people feel it and they respond to me differently. It is so fascinating.I realize how damaging judgement has been for me--physically and emotionally.Judgment is indeed an addiction and to let go of it (again and again) has brought so much peace and joy into my life and the opportunity for the first time in many, many years to be totally in the present moment. I am over the moon happy that I have read it and now comes the hard work of continuing to put the principles into practice for the rest of my life.If everyone read this book and put the principles into practice, the world would be a completely different place. Thank you Gabrielle Bernstein for putting this out into the world.

Hodge podge coverage of an important topic
I am a Gabby fan. Some of her earlier books have really changed my daily approach to life, working through challenges, and facing disappointment. She breaks difficult concepts down into bite sized pieces so that positive change feels less daunting.I love the topic covered here, and I really think it is important to our society today. However I struggled to read this, and have actually started/stopped multiple times. It is difficult to maintain momentum in reading this book. I would not recommend.

Did not find much of value
Purchased this book after hearing the author on a podcast. It is a subject that I am quite interested on different levels but this book provided little information that I found helpful. The author seems to borrow many ideas without exhibiting much real depth of understanding. While her candid self revelations might be refreshing for some I was somewhat taken aback by her seeming lack of mastery on a subject she was authoring a book about.

Good read, not worth a course
Book has a soft start, good exercises, and even, some (possibly) guided meditations, which I foudn very helpful. I am having an issue with a Frenemy, and this is helping me to be calmer, and more accepting about it. I like that the author, Gabby Bernstein, gives some examples from her own life. I can see good intentions, and the fact is, we all can use some of the things in here.Bad things: 1) the link to "free resources" is EXTREMELY limited, suggests that you sign up for a course [low low fee of $250 a head], and buy her companion workbook. This is shameless and not necessary. Just my opinion, no advice.

Not so good
Could not get past the first disc; it was so boring. It gave me no reason to get excited over taking this journey with her. Was very disappointed.

Joy Intox!
I found that Judgment Detox beautifully explains how to recognize the judgment thought process and restore joyful peace of mind by using the steps Gabby presents in this delightful book. I highly recommend this book to anyone who desires to release personal/collective judgments and self-enable mindful joy!

Waste of Time
Don't spend your hard earned dollars on this book. It's extremely repetitive and not what I would be considered helpful at all.

No substance, empty read...
Author is obviously too busy moneytisingher current βinβ status to put any effort into writing a book. Her earlier stuff was great but she is now purging a book a year, for a quick buck with absolutely no substance nor value. She clearly struggled to type enough letters & words to make this count as a book vs a booklet; which is evident in extra large font size and excessive line spacing. Looks like Gabriel is focused on quantity and revenue, while completely disregarding quality of what she is putting out into the world. Which is a shame as her previous work was good. But then again most of her contemporaries of the self-help world attempt to duplicate the success of the greats , like Wayne Dyer, by producing at the level of his quantities and forgetting he also always had great quality and substance, which they desperately lack; like this book. Disappointing...

Miracles abound
Thank you for this book. The narrative together with the exercises and meditations are excellent. Not always easy to face your judgements so some steps were emotionally hard but oh so necessary. Looking forward to making this a part of my life. The tapping was so revealing and miracles are already showing up in my life. You rock, Gabby

Game changer even if you aren't judgemental
I was never drawn to this book. I don't think I'm especially judgemental. I am SO glad I bought this. I listened to a talk where Gabby says this is an unpopular book because it gets you to face your shadow and sit with some uncomfortable stuff. I was really surprised by how many judgemental thoughts I have, including towards myself. The theme is simple: judgement is the voice that keeps us separate, keeps us thinking that we are in conflict and need to defend and attack. Love is the voice that holds our wounds within the light of awareness and sees challenge as an opportunity to expand into the discomfort and learn from our pain. Judgement separates, love unites. And I have felt so much more inner peace reading this. As ever, very practical and I have found so many opportunities to put these tools to use. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars, is because it is true that with a large font and type spacing and not so many pages, it feels a bit sparse/ like it could have a bit more detail and richness. Is that a judgement?! Maybe just a personal preference.
