Eh its ok
I just received mine in the mail today and I plugged it into my MagicJack and it comes on, mute button starts blinking and the incoming call light on the caller ID panel blinks but nothing on the screen or anything, Picked up the handset, and no dial tone or anything either, kinda disappointed and hope maybe the company can help me figure out what's going on. I do my on the side business from home and was hoping this phone would work with my MagicJack but sadly I guess not

Incredible Product and Service
I ordered a Nortel phone from Elm to replace my office one that ended up failing after many years. The new phone arrived and looked brand new you couldn't even tell it was refurbished. I did have a technical issue with the volume so I reached out the Elm and they sent me a brand new unit IMMEDIATELY to try before then even asked me to send the other unit back.New unit had no volume issues worked perfectly. Very quick response times to messaging and unparalled service from Elm. Highly recommend!
