I haven't even had these bottles for 5 minutes and the wood popped out if the cap my first time taking it off.. Not saying this product is a bad product, because as I said I haven't even had them 5 minutes, but this quality is most definitely not worth the price and I will be seeking a refund.UPDATE!UPDATE!Privateer Trader responded within a day or two and sent a very sincere apology and offered to send replacements for no additional cost. Aside from that being some very much appreciated customer service and generosity, I could tell that the seller was also very interested in making sure that his product was meeting customer expectations and would not accept anything less. And aside from the one dud I received, the rest have been outstanding. They are actually very well made and actually keep my water cool for a VERY long time. PLUS I JUST THINK THEY ARE VERY VERY AESTHETICALLY PLEASING.. The nautical look is something I can very much appreciate. So thank you Privateer Trader 👍 Keep up the great work!

As I opened the lid for the first time ever -- the wooden handle of the lid separated from the metal. This item is defective and unusable in its current state.EDIT! The company sent me 2 replacement water bottles! They are amazing quality and keep water cold for over 6 hours!
