Does this amp make a fuzzing noise?

It has a very low hum but nothing major. It has an excellent sound when playing the guitar.

Is this amp ok for electric/acoustic guitar

Yes it’s certainly ok for electric guitars. I have played electric guitar on the same amp as my teacher plays his electro-acoustic though it’s a different make but this implies you’d be ok. Based on the principle that the amp amplifies the vibes of the strings via pickups and the tuning range of both is the same then you’re ok with electro-acoustic guitar. I’d say you would be ok. I understand that a bass amp is required if you’re playing bass guitar. If you’re really still in doubt you could contact Marshall on 01908 375411 though any good musical instrument shop (if open!) will tell you immediately.

Can you connect a microphone as well as guitar into the amp please?

There is a 3.5 aux and also a headphone input built in to this amp, but even with splitters / adapters you would be disappointed with any results; it would sound kinda crap.

i have this amp and have noticed a hissing sound that goes up and down with the volume.is this normal.

I don't have any noticeable hissing sound with mine. Call or email Marshall for a definitive answer, they are very helpful. Or have a local audio guy check it. Hope this helps.
