This supplement definitely works to help with hair growth. My hair is growing better than it has for years.

Excellent product. I take this for high dose Vitamin K2-MK4 usage. Its pricey but its one of the highest doses, at 15mg, that is available. All the others are measured in micrograms, not milligrams. I also take it with Australian Emu Oil to boost K2, and High-Phenolic Extra Virgin Olive Oil to help absorb K2 from the highest natural sources.

Easy to swallow. Recommended by a doctor friend of mine to clear out my arteries and put the calcium back in my bones where it belongs.

This product is great! I love it because it is the same product (no fillers, quality controlled, vegan, non-GMO) as the Relentless Improvement one, but less expensive. I am also able to have it delivered sooner than it's competitor, I already mentioned their name. If you want it sooner and pay less for the same product....I feel better physically and I'm saving money and time! That's a great deal.

I was diagnosed with osteopenia several years ago. In fact, I took prescription RX to prevent osteoporosis. This seemed to work for awhile, but like most prescriptions there is always a downside. When I learned of the side effects of the pharmaceutical I was taking, I immediately stopped taking it. An ND recommended AOR K2, and I'm so glad she did. My last bone scan showed a marked improvement in my bone density. I have changed my diet and no longer eat sugar or any flour; I'm on a ketogenic diet and have been for the past 18 months. I believe the AOR K2 played a large part in the improvement of my bone density. However, because there were other factors such as diet, I am unable to give the product a 5 star rating.

It is a great product and offered at a very fair price. I highly recommend it to increase bone density in combination with other vitamins and minerals. BSB

Purchased this product for relative with osteonecrosis of jaw due to taking the biophosphate Zometa. I researched and found a medical study from Japan online that referenced taking 45mg/day of k2 (mk4, not mk7), which helps to build back the bone with the much needed collagen (which you won't get with the Mk7 form). This study is now followed by many dentists in the U.S. and the world over. One capsule of this product 3x day was perfect, and the oral surgeon is very impressed with how his jaw is healing (he was also taking calcium, of course, with it). During my research, also learned this form of k2 was also good for osteoneocrosis of other bones, so if you're dealing with that, do some research, it's out there. My relative's oral surgeon did not know about the studies at all, so you really need to educate yourself.
