This is a nonnegotiable reorder in our household. We were using the brand that Whole Foods sales but they were always out. Glad we found this alternative it was cheaper! It does clump up some depending on where you live. We have a lot of humanity so it just happens over time. We use it as an electrolyte replacement in the mornings. You get all your minerals with just a pinch to a glass of water. I had to learn to use salt in my cooking as a small amount can go a long way.

I actually the additional salt listed at the bottom as sold or bought with, along with the little bamboo container. It works well with cooking, no clumpiness really loose. I think it was a great deal for the size. I don't know much about how to check the mineral content, but when i mix it with my food, whether I am cooking or salting, the food tastes great, like it's always the perfect amount of salt added and it's not super salty like with the pink stuff.

I appreciate a product that supports my health. This Celtic Salt is a serious winner for me. I am so disappointed in our health care system including the heart and cancer indoctrinated "Medical Specialists" that continue to force feed us the false, bought and paid for naritive from the 1930's 40's 50's, 60's and beyond. Salt is our friend.

Love this salt.. I take this when I'm dehydrated plus it's mineral for ur body. Just put a pinch under your tongue let it dissolve. Then drink 8oz of water do it twice a day

This salt is slightly more corse than regular table salt, which I like more. It is perfect for stakes and salads!! would buy again

Of course I didn't get a researcher to study this to make sure all the ingredients that I need are in it. But I like it, especially because it's not so coarse.Thank you
