Very simple to set up quickly (no instructions necessary). Tested all 3 triangles upon receipt to ensure that there were no defects and to learn how to configure them. No problem at all. Basically swiveling 3 pieces per triangle.One could ready the triangles with one's eyes closed or, more practically, in the dark. Was a little concerned, when ordering, that they might be too lightweight to stand up to passing traffic. But although they are quite light I am now confident they will stand up just fine. One important reason I chose this set was that each triangle is packed or cased individually. Makes storing them in the car so much easier. Overall, I am extremely happy with this set.

Bought 3 foldable, reflective triangles for automobile emergency. Delivery in 2 days. Each triangle is in its own hard plastic case about 1 inch thick so it is perfect size to fit in the spare tire compartment. Literally takes 5 seconds to set one up or to take it down. Plus they are large, each side is 18" or so and 1-1/2"-2" wide, so very reflective.-- big enough you will feel safe on the side of a highway. I doubt big trucks going by at highway speed will move these at all since the design makes them very stable.

A little flimsy but get the job done really lightweight really easy to place in your vehicle with the 3 flat plastic boxes, prices is reasonable.

These are NOT US DOT approved. They do not contain DOT stamp, instructions, nor have bi-directional (both sides) reflectors, as required per 49 CFR 571.125. If desire is to use for private vehicle, then they should be more than adequate, as they are nicely packaged in individual storage boxes, lightweight, and have suitable (one-sided) reflectivity for such use. But for commercial vehicle use, they will not suffice and will most likely result in a citation/fine/violation.

Case is flimsy but so what

Wow, these Warning Triangles are way bigger than what the picture shows. I thought they were not going to be sturdy but they are. The plastic housing case has a small hole on the bottom which is good for when it's raining and you store your Warning triangles in there the water will drain out. You can use these for yourself or help someone in need whose stranded on the road. This is super easy to use and the Warning Triangles are foldable. Love it.

This product arrived a day earlier than stated (a good thing). The packaging of each triangle is excellent and will provide a rain proof package for each triangle. These triangle's are the most reasonably priced product that carries the DOT certification. Easy product to set up and they should be able to withstand large tractor-trailers passing them at speed without tipping over (part of DOT certification).

Okay product, for the price. Returned it after closer examination. There was an overall lack of attention to detail and quality. I would not feel confident in using these triangles in a road emergency. The plastic latch, that secures the triangle, showed white stress marks in key areas. The labeling/instructions are incomplete, false, and strange. One label includes the "recycling" triangle for some reason. It makes me wonder if this product has DOT approval or that it meets European STANDARDS.
