Window Tint Car 5% VLT, 20" x20' Ceramic Window Roll

I’m really happy with this window tint! It was easy to install and looks great once applied. It helps reduce the amount of sunlight coming through the windows and gives the car a cleaner, more stylish appearance. The quality is good for the price, and it works exactly as expected. Definitely a great purchase!

Background: Im a 40 year old mom, not very car savvy, determined when needed, vinyl cutting/ crafty experience (not a pro), not patient, not a fast learner, not a perfectionist. At application time- in Michigan, it’s 70°, not humid, not sunny. Plot: I had a car for 11 years w DARK tint. I just bought a car, 2 days ago, and it didn’t have tint. I have blue eyes and even w sunglasses, the sun just hurts. Never realized how much tint truly helps. So within 18 hours of buying the car, I knew I was getting tint. I don’t have $600 to have it done professionally. And I know I cannot do it professionally (props to pros, couldn’t do your job) However. I bought this tint, and another packet on Amazon w the squeegee/razor/whole kit. I figured, $30, even if it looks bad- if it helps w the sun- that’s a win. I watched a few vids on TT and YT, and then researched HOW the tint actually adheres to the window. This tint is good. Easy to place. Easy to peel the backing off. It was very easy to do. HOWEVER. I do have experience working w crafting/vinyl/cricut etc. also, I am not a perfectionist, and I’m not in it for the look. I just need the sun blocking. I’m not sure how it will be tomorrow, next week, next month. I’m not sure where i failed as it hasn’t cured. I will take photos in a minute, then update them and label them. But this was 100% great for me and my goals. I appreciate that there is this option. I can’t compare quality because I don’t know how others feel, but it’s my first time. I think the value was well worth it for me. Will my sister put it on her new Lexus? Probably not. Will I pay $600 to have a pro install on a jeep where it’s technically not allowed and I may have to take it off if I get pulled over? I will not lol

Very pleased. Easy to cut. Easy to shrink. The adhesive is very sticky, evidenced by the fact that I screwed up getting the piece stuck to itself twice. Purchased 15% and impressed by how well you can see out from the inside.

Not really 1%, but dark enough you won't be able to see out of your back window and run over a fire hydrant, (not that I know from experience or anything). Installation was easy, appearance is great as well as privacy. Have not had on long enough for durability test.

Works fine for flat or little to no curve glass. But went through 2 rolls doing the back window on my car that has a little curve but its almost flat nothing crazy . No matter how you go about it it wont shrink properly. Spent over a hour each try on getting it to shrink but as soon as the glass gets to anything remotely technical it will do everything but shrink down to the glass. Worked fine on my doors but I dont recommend it for anything other than flat. I tried leaving so much extra film it overhangs to pull on , all the way down to so small if it shrunk it might get passed the dot matrix . Tried snap shrinking the problem edges first , the dryer sheet h pattern method , adjusting the radius of my cuts ect . It will lift and melt before it ever tries to cooperate, the amount of heat needed too is pushing the film to its limits to get it to even think about shrinking.

Tint is good quality. Works well. I used 35% on both mine and wife's cars.

This tint has held up great for the last month and honestly for its price point I think I would recommend it to everybody. The first thing I want everybody to know is that this is a very labor intensive job and that's where most of the cost is whenever you get your tint professionally done. Even when I got in this role, I had to have a lot of the tools ready to go and I had to sculpt out how much I needed and what pieces of the window I was cutting out. The end result will be highly reliant on how well of a job you've done for installation. So far this tint has held up great and I haven't noticed anything off or weird when it comes to peel or bubbles beneath the tint. Right now you can pick up this 20 foot roll for about $36.99. I'd say it's worth buying a roll just to try out for your own vehicle. Overall, I've had a great experience with this tint and I would definitely recommend Trying it out for yourself

You get a ton of tint for $37. I got this to do my side by side and my truck driver and passenger windows. It did that and then some. I have enough left for a whole other side by side. Install was easy. I have a little experience from when I was younger, but I watched a refresher on youtube to make sure I didn't forget anything crucial. It was quick and painless and it turned out great. The tint is lighter than factory on both the side by side and truck, but both turned out well and look great. I actually prefer the light tint for the side windows. It doen make a difference in the mirrors at night and this was the perfect blend of tint and visibility. It makes a huge difference with low Alberta sun in the winter and makes the truck noticeably more comfortable.

As a 1st time tinter the tint was nice to work with, I didn't do a perfect job as it's my 1st time but it's on a work truck so it'll do, big roll so had a fair bit left and for the price, just buy it

I decided to try this tint mainly to cut down on glare and heat during long drives, and it ended up being a real upgrade to my car overall. The installation was much less intimidating than I expected—thanks to the guide and video, I managed to get a clean finish on the first try. No messy adhesive, which made adjusting much easier. Once on, the difference was immediate. The car doesn’t feel like a sauna after being parked in the sun, and the interior cools down faster with the AC. Driving at night also feels safer—the glare from headlights isn’t nearly as blinding, which makes longer trips less tiring on the eyes. The other thing I really appreciated is the balance of privacy. From the outside, it adds just enough shade that you feel a little more hidden, but from the driver’s seat the view stays perfectly clear. It strikes a nice middle ground—comfortable without feeling too dark. ✅ Verdict: 5/5 — Easy to work with, looks sharp, and makes daily driving more pleasant.
