Parallel this with a 4 ohm speaker get 2 ohm. If in series got 8 ohm, bad??

It depends on your amplifier whether or not the impedance will be an issue. You are correct that adding the Super Tweeter can drop the impedance very low. Usually, this is somewhere in the 3 ohm range, but is does also depend on the impedance curve of your speakers. With most speakers, the impedance will be above the nominal rating when getting into the higher frequencies, so it should not be as much of an issue in that case.

Overall though, because higher frequencies require less power, there will be less draw in the Super Tweeter operating range. But, if your speakers impedance drops below 4 ohms above 10k, that could potentially cause problems as your total impedance would drop below 2 ohms. So again that would be a spec you want to check on the amplifier side.

Question 2

How do you connect these super tweeters to Bose 901 Speakers that use the Equalizer?

In the past we have not recommended to use the Equalizer with the Super Tweeters because if you boost the signal too high it can damage the super tweeter. To connect to the Bose 901, you can just wrap the raw wire around the terminals, and be sure to make sure the copper strands do not touch.

Question 3

Loudspeakers is 4 ohm, pair with this super tweeter's 4 ohm connection makes the resulting 2 ohm impedance.  Would this causing amplifier to breakdown

Question 4

Can I use this with its own amp or is it required to tap of your main speakers through their binding post and it’s amp.

I use them patched into the posts on my mains.  I didn’t notice them sucking any noticeable power away from the mains.  I set mine on 16 KHz -2db setting while listening to vinyl LPs and like what they add.

If you can dedicate an amp to them, good for you!  I can’t think of any barrier you’d encounter.
