It seems to be OK, not sure it worked so great for me. However, it's good value for money. I like the peppermint flavour. Might buy it again. Right now, I'm testing another brand.

Ive used quite a few of these type of products over the years when having to push calories higher due to training demands. I had been pushing calories up for the past 3 months and bloat was finally catching up with me as usual, these have helped enormously after only 4 days! For the price im very pleased with them and will buy again.
