First off, I’m a believer of Alkaline Water. All of its benefits are worth the price. I’ve purchased a Kangen water system that cost thousands of dollars, I wished I bought the DYLN first. This product offers a quality product, great results at the fraction of the cost. The idea is novel, yet simple, and highly effective. Follow the instructions on activating your filter or you won’t get the desired results. Removal of the filter is a little tricky, but it gets easier over time. The ergonomics of the bottle is perfect. Funny how a slightly curved shaped makes all the difference in the world. I’ve had many water bottles in my life and this DYLN is superb on the performance of product. It keeps your water cold for long periods of time and I find myself keeping this bottle full at ALL times. What’s the most noticeable is the taste of water when I don’t drink it from my DYLN. You’ll definitely taste the difference. The one drawback is lids. They only offer a standard screw on lid or a straw lid with spout. It’s tricky to wash the rim of the bottle when you’re not supposed to expose your filter to soap. I’ve never been a straw/spout fan, but a chugging lid would go a long way. Despite this one suggestion, you should buy this product. ‘Ive already purchased two more bottles as presents and I’m sure they’ll be just as satisfied as I am. The founders brother DYLN, would be proud to have his name and memory represented with something that can give you full health benefits and positively impact the environment.

Extremely hard to replace cartridge. Tested water and never got it to make the water alkaline. Waste of money. I had to buy water tester to check. Never got it to make alkaline water

Great bottle, exactly what I bought it for

First let me consign that I too received my bottle with a dent at the bottom. It was small like the other customer’s, small enough to ignore but annoying when you pay so much for this bottle. But the real problem was after I cleaned the bottle, rinsed the filter, soaked it in warm water and let it dry overnight, I poured bottled water in it. After about an hour I went to open it and couldn’t twist the top off. It didn’t feel like I had previously twisted it too it felt like pressure was keeping me from moving it. The next day I still couldn’t take the top off and at about 4am I heard a loud boom and objects falling. It sounded like a shelf fell in another room. It hadn’t. Instead I found my blue bottle on its side with the top off and the four pieces that made up the top in different places on the floor and a dent and smudge ON THE CEILING from when the top shot up. This bottle was near my laptop, the 32 ounces of water poured out on the table near a wall outlet. Thankfully water didn’t hit either. But what if it had? What if the pressure from this bottle got so strong that the top shot off a TWISTED cap to ceiling what would have happened while I was on my flight to Japan in two days (this is what I bought it for) causing a loud boom and water flying everywhere?! This bottle is dangerous. If I would have left it in my car It could have broken a window, damaged my laptop on my table or put me on the No Fly list if I brought this on the plane. NOT WORTH IT. Put a lime in a bottle of water and call it a day. DYLN, FIX THIS. PULL ALL YOUR PRODUCT UNTIL YOU FIGURE OUT WHAT’S CAUSING SO MUCH PRESSURE. IT’S A DANGEROUS PRODUCT

Produces great alkaline water and keeps it cold all day. The style allows it to be grabbed easily! I’m drinking more water as it tastes so good!

I’ve had this water bottle for a couple months and I’m not sure if it’s defective or if I’m an idiot. I have so much trouble getting the filter in and out. Right now the filter is stuck in the tool used to get the filter. Several of my friends have this same water bottle and have said they have no issues with getting the filter attached and un attached. I mean…directions are pretty straightforward and I’ve read and followed with no success. The bottle gets a sediment built up on the bottom of the water bottle and the filter. I asked a friend who hasn’t had this happen either so I’m not sure what’s wrong with my bottle. She suggested maybe the filter needed changing but it happened within a couple weeks of having the water bottle. Because of this I have to take the filter out in order to scrub it. Your hand doesn’t fit unless your a toddler so you need to remove the filter and use a long scrub brush. Basically… I’m frustrated by this expensive water bottle I can’t use a filter on since it’s stuck in the tool!

I'm absolutely brassed off Why sell these items on Amazon and not the refills filters? To continue using my Dylan Alkaline Water bottle I need to order more filters but none available on Amazon AU. To buy direct from the US is out the boat. Cost to ship to NZ is outrageous. Had I known the refill filters were not going to be made available on Amazon AU I would never have invested in this item. Sorely disappointed with Dylan. :-(
