Good product, great price
I had thought it wasn't working as the LEDs weren't lighting up but that was user error! The switch has to be set to on for the lights to show... I have it attached to a mid drive motor and gets me about 60km before power is significantly down. Not had it long but so far I'd recommend for the price.

Why did you choose this product over others?: I bought this battery for my Ebike, it worked fine until it started over heating, however the company did give me a full refund so it gained some customer support help, thank you.
