Totally pleased with the purchase! It’s not genuine leather but a very nice faux; and great purchase for the price. It’s very comfortable and looks expensive. Fits perfectly in a small size room. Lots of compliments and was quite easy to put together in less than an hour, leisurely, by one person. I was really hesitant about making the purchase online but I’m so glad I did!!

This sofa is very comfortable and looks great in my living room. The cushions are soft but still supportive, and the quality feels very good for the price. It was also easy to assemble. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Very sturdy chair with a spacious seat. I am impressed by the weight and high quality material; more use is needed to determine durability. Carmel color is darker than picture, more like a milk chocolate color, but very attractive. Seat is quite firm. It took about 1 hour to assemble (single person). Picture shows chair with additional armrest covered.

Very nice sofa and good value. Easy to assemble, comfortable, looks nice. Delivery was quick. Note that this sofa is MUCH lighter than traditionally built sofas but appears to be plenty strong and durable. I also want to compliment their service. On the back panel there was a small tear that didn't affect usability and is on the back which is against the wall. I went ahead and contacted them about it and they (what I expect is their email AI) sent a nice response in a couple days. They promptly sent out a replacement for that panel and it took perhaps 6 or 7 minutes to replace. Excellent! Thank you!

For the price I don’t think you can beat it. I’m kind of surprised about the quality. Like many others stated it’s not real leather but it feels and looks nice. The set up took me probably 15 mins. Just plug and play you don’t have to worry about screwing in anything. The only thing that sucked was getting those damn seat cushion zipped up.

I bought this couch six months ago and couldn't be happier. It was reasonably easy to assemble with two people, though one person alone could have done it with difficulty. The instructions that came with it are junk, but we figured it out, two old guys in their late 70s. The fabric is very leather like, the cushions are comfortably firm, and as I have personally demonstrated on several occasions, it's quite comfortable to sleep on. Easy to wipe off spills, as I demonstrated recently when I spilled a taco salad with sour cream and guacamole during an NFL game when the 'Niners finally completed a pass. It's not real leather but looks convincing enough for my needs, though I don't have snooty guests intent on yucking my yummy and if I did I wouldn't care. Good deal for the money.

Beautiful Set. Received a lot of compliments. It was easy to put together. The pillows were harder, but after a few tries we got it together.

I received product yesterday and assembled right away. I ordered the chair only to start with as buying a furniture set, sight unseen, was a little scary...especially since from the reviews it was clear that I would have to assemble it. Seemed a little cheap, but I need to buy 7 pieces total, so inexpensive was really attractive... The whole chair came in one box. I carefully unpackaged everything and followed the directions. I was very impressed with the overall look and feel of the chair. It is NOT cheaply made. It is very sturdy and looks great. I assembled the chair well under an hour. The next pieces I order (sofas and love seats) will take longer since there are more cushions to stuff, but now I know what to do, so I'm not fearful. I bought the grey ones and the photos do well at depicting the actual color and styling of the fabric. The seat cushion has springs in it like a mattress and the wooden slats also are curved to provide extra spring-like support. I was very impressed at the feel of the chair while sitting in it. As advised in other reviews, just take your time when inserting the cushions into the covers and zipping. Use two people. One holding the cushion/cover and the other doing the zipper. I did not have any issues. The only advice i would give is try to insert the cushions as soon as you cut open the vacuum package before the cushions have time to fully go back to normal. I want to wait a week or so to make sure I still like the chair, but I plan to buy more of these. If you are on the fence, do what I did and buy the chair first. It was less than $300 to gamble to see if you like them before buying the whole set. Even if I decide not to buy the rest, this chair will be kept and moved somewhere in the house.
