A must aid to the Slimming World weight loss programme
This book is such a great tool to assist on my weight loss journey. It keeps you focused, allows you to closely monitor your food and fluid intake, it’s very user friendly , quick and easy to complete preventing it to become tedious. 4lb loss in the first week following the Slimming World programme with this journal as a fully compatible aid. Fully recommend and greatly priced

Worth buying but direct from supplier not through amazon
This product is great for tracking the slimming world diet. My only problem is that if you buy direct from aspire the postage is free saving £5.00

Purposeful for a dedicated user/beginner.
Came in very good condition. Paper quality is really good and it is undated. It has a section for you to attach before and after pictures. Its the size of a regular book, so smaller than A5 that you can easily carry around and jot down your exercise goals and meal preps really quick from breakfast to dinner. It also helps you keep track of your snack/treats, that's great because that is what will easily have you missing your goal...

A real life saver!
I ordered this food diary to try and reboot my motivation. I was really struggling with it all and had completely lost my mojo. Using the diary has helped me plan, be held accountable and has really made me think twice about the food - lost 7lb in the first week of using it! Good quality paper, includes lots of little extras like a motivation page, space for progress photos and reflection pages. Also has both HEA in there which is brilliant!

This is amazing for tracking my slimming world journey. Not only does it allow you to track your day to day food, but to track weekly weights and measurements! There is even space for pictures! So pleased to have found this diary! Only downside....which isn’t really a downside!....would be nice to have a choice of covers! Saying that, the cover on this one is nice! Would (and have) recommend!!
