These are pretty cool. I take one with me when I do rigorous activities like when I have a 5k or marathon race, camping, hiking or the gym or sports. Great lil oxygen boost and nice option of flavors. The smaller cans are easier to fit on purses or small bags. On the expensive side of you ask me though.

I got these for my husband who has cluster migraines. He had one tonight and used some of this O2. Seemed to help. Will buy more. I bought the 2 pack because I wasn't sure if it was going to work. Seemed reasonable. The cup fit his mouth well. Was easy to use even with a migrain. Did not complain of any taste or smell.

I deal with cluster headaches and the attacks come in very extreme each day that goes by I realize I was getting more in a day as well hopeless going on everything for research just to take the pain away I tried everything and nothing so I saw something taking about this so I thought why not give it a try I didn’t think it would be that great my attacks can last for hrs sometimes getting some back to back and when I tell you gone in 15 maybe 20 mins it was gone so quickly if you or someone you know is dealing with cluster headaches highly recommend this they are small pocket size but it does work and it relieved my pain and I think it was worth the money small or not it was just a test run and it works.

The Boost oxygen did not work for my needs. I actually need medical oxygen. Boost may be exactly what you are looking for, again, depending on needs.

This Boost Oxygen Inhaler is a great new tool for anyone with mild Breathing issues and could even assist someone in distress until they could get help - although if someone is a severe illness they need continuous Oxygen of course. I am long covid post 2021 and I use Oxygen at night and sometimes when out and about get deficient. Today I tested the device by going out into the garden and sweating it up working and being slightly deficient to the point I would have placed on my oxygen inside. I used it 10 times and was relieved. So it’s a nice device for when oxygen is not available for use. I did not have to go onto my oxygen inside. The only recommendations I have is to exhale completely. Breathe it in and then HOLD the breath for 10-15 seconds to let the oxygenated air perfuse. Then exhale. It was great. What a nice new innovation. I can see how this would be great for athletes as well as long as they don’t rely on it if they are in true distress as it’s limited in quantity. Just wow !

When you get a bit older and the slight upgrade in your walk gets you a little winded -- this is the cure that you have been looking for.

I like the oxygen boost that feels like you really are getting fresh air. It slows down my breathing considerably after workouts, and just feels good as a start to my day. I dont like the price or that it doesn't seem to last very long.

First time seeing the "pocket" version - portable and very useful for sports, altitude, humidity, poor air quality, especially if there are underlying conditions, which are not, however, severe enough to require a 24-7 oxygen tank! Also smokers - but keep well away from the "lighter!!!" Discuss with your physician especially if you suffer from asthma or anemia. May be helpful there too.
