This product works great, while it works. I’ve had it for a little over a year, purchased at the end of November 2024. It makes ice quickly, and isn’t very loud while doing it. Unfortunately, the machine randomly started leaking a few days ago, and nothing I’ve done to troubleshoot it has helped. Now I’m in the market for a new machine. Would not recommend, and if I could give it no stars, I would.

I was looking to talk to them, incase I got a bad one. It happens, but can't find a way. Got it hooked up yesterday and worked great, so excited. Tried to use it tonight and didn't work. By the time the ice fell the previous ice was melted.

If I could give it negative stars I would, came nicely packed is about the only nice thing I can say. 1st I had 3 (I think) dead bugs in the water tank. When I went to try to wipe them out they all disintegrated into tiny little pieces. And it smelled bad. Also it was running for about an hour before it started making this high pitched whine. And it still made the noise after I turned it off. I returned it immediately.

There was a plastic part that juts down from the middle and causes the whole appliance to wobble, and worse it only makes a few ice cubes before it gets jammed across the "full" sensor and then the very little amount of ice it holds melts very quickly. Also they say to leave it upright for 24 hours before initial use and to run 8 trays of ice before you should consume the ice due to whatever chemicals they've used, so don't plan on using the ice to consume for several days after receiving this it it works at all and doesn't wobble off your counter

I was not impressed by the performance of this ice maker. It took longer than 6 minutes to make a half cup of ice. It did not keep the ice cold so the ice was melting before any more was made. I returned it to get a refund.

Tried to email seller about an issue with us and they never responded. Worked well for a few days but kept getting stuck on “ice full”. Had to unplug and plug back in to get it to start again.

Well it makes ice but it takes forever And they're tiny even the large ones and they're hollow If you need ice buy a bag of it This thing is a waste of money and too much trouble to return it Takes an hour To make a glass full of ice cubes and like I said they are hollow

Upon initial use we allowed the basket to fill with cubes before transferring to container in our freezer. Cubes stuck together. So next use, I stood right next to the machine and each batch was made I deposited directly into freezer, 6' away. This didn't change anything bc the cubes come out of the maker WET. At least a Tbsp of water with each set of cubes. This causes the cubes to freeze together in a solid hunk of ice. This process of babysitting the ice maker as cubes are made and then after you have a full batch, having to bang the cubes on the counter or use an ice pick to *hopefully* separate as best you can ..... IS SO MUCH MORE LABOR INTENSIVE than just using my freezer ice cube trays! Returned this product shortly after purchase. Disappointed.

I used this ice maker according to the instructions. The ice melts before you can even use it! The ice is so small even on the large ice setting - see my photo. The seller offered a refund, I accepted, but they didn't give the refund and now don't reply to my messages. Don't waste your money on this item.
