Very disappointed with the change of rod and new clips😩. The plastic rod was much easier and better. The cheaper rod gets stuck and doesn’t advance smooth. It’s gets stuck when our dogs pee and I have to left up on the pad for to clean/roll up

I’ve used this product for years. Overtime they’ve made changes. But this time the machine does not work. The roll bents since they changed the part that holds the soiled material from plastic to cardboard. My dog is 14 lbs and we roll often to avoid soiling excessively. It’s a shame they made this change, I understand reducing cost, but this disables the machine from rolling.

Es una idea increible, hasta q le cambiaron rl palo q ayuda eenrrolar el papel al otro lado, de plastico a carton. Tenemos 3 perros 2 pads y obvio el mas q usan tiene mas orina y el carton no soporta la orina y se dobla. Necesitan volver al plasta, para ayer. HORRIBLE
