I wanted this freezer for my college dorm but it unfortunately did not fit in my room. there is nothing wrong with this size of the product, college dorms are just too small. The product was delivered in great condition, it was not damaged and was packaged in good condition. i think the size of the freezer is decent for a smaller one, you can fit quite a few items in it.Since I couldn't fit the freezer in my room, their customer service was so friendly and caring. shout out to Gella for working with me and being honest with her side of the business. Gella was wonderful to work with and was understanding of my side and very honest with the different options for returns/ refunds. this is a great company to work with and purchase from. not a lot of companies do a good job of reaching out to their customers when they are trying to return items or struggling with their product but I'm so happy to say that this company went of their way to check in on how I like the product and to accommodate with me!thank you

I purchased this product for my Mother who is in an assisted living home. The small refrigerators they provide did not freeze her ice packs she uses for her back and neck pain. This small freezer is perfect and she now has her ice packs when she needs them. What a blessing!

Bought this for my neice who is BF her baby. To keep Breadt milk storage separate from other food storage we purchased this easy opening small freezer for her. She says deliver was great and it works well.

This mini freezer came with the worst fit and finish I have ever seen when it comes to the assembly process. They even assembled the whole unit with a horrible plastic film tucked under all of the plastics and mounting brackets which everyone knows how much of a pain that is. At least the main visible panels don’t look as horrible once you finally get the majority of plastic film off of them. Also this units stainless steel door isn’t smudge proof like everything is now days so just the slightest touch leaves the nastiest smudges.Overall due to these issues I would totally give it the worst rating possible but the unit does work well and the one nice thing about it is that the temp control is on the outside on the back which is awesome since all mini fridges and freezers always have the problem of freezing over and it always freezes the temp control.Have had this mini freezer for 3 months and it has now stopped working… I have now changed this freezer’s review to a 1 star and is a complete waist of money.

This was a great choice. Looks nice and performs perfectly. I had not correctly measured the spot where I'd hoped to place it, so a temporary adjustment is working out for the time being. Please measure carefully, and do leave air space at sides, top and back (manual recommends 4"). The ENTIRE frame of the freezer is shrink wrapped...blue on the door, clear on the black box part. It's hard to see on the black part, but it is on there, and is a thick plastic to be peeled away. Once in place, as "the manual" says, I let it set for 24 hours before plugging in, to let the coolant stabilize from shipping and unpacking. Don't ever turn it on its side. I always read manuals and highlight those things that should be remembered.Before plugging in, the manual says to be sure the temperature dial is on "4" to start. Then adjustments can be made later for more or less freezing. Dial is located on the back, bottom left. Temperature "1" is warmest, "7" coldest. Put on Zero "0" to defrost when necessary.Also, as recommended, I first wiped down the inside with baking soda/water and then dried. There was absolutely NO odor of any kind before or after.When first plugged in, while initializing, the outside of the case gets hot. Don't put anything on top of it at this time. I set several water-filled cups and items inside to monitor the freezing process, and as soon as I felt it was cold enough, put some of my frozen foods inside. They have stayed rock-hard at the "4" setting! I'm surprised at how much can be placed inside. I have room to spare, and am really pleased with this quiet, efficient little freezer.
