great size feels really sturdy the magnets are great, the foam could be a bit thicker to cover more of the pieces because some of the bigger pieces easily fall out but not a major problem, the draughts are good very light would of been better with a little magnet in the middle for when you crown a piece but again only a suggestion all in all great set with a handy bag to keep it in if you want, great value for money.

Great chess board
My son really enjoys playing chess and with this one being magnetic and having storage inside he's looking after it and meticulously putting everything away properly afterwards. Every other chess board he's had he's lost all the bits

Good solid set, but pieces fall out of foam when board turned over.
Great set, but no magnet on the draft pieces. The foam is too loose, and pueces fall out when we turn the board over to play. This is annoying espectially because you have to take out the chess pieces to play drafts and visa versa, then put both sets back into the foam in the end.

There was a scratch on the board and draughts pieces are not magnetic?
Having a magnetic board would be useful to use the product during journeys and this is the reason for selecting this item. The chess pieces are magnetic but the draught "medallions" are not which is slightly peculiar. Pity about the scratch on the board. The chess pieces themselves seem nicely made and have a good weight.

Scacchiera in legno con particolari ben curati. Pedine sia da Dama che da Scacchi di buona fattura, magnetici. La possibilità di richiudere la scacchiera e il sacchetto per contenerla sono un buon modo di renderla portatile. Consigliata.
