I did not know how to use it was the dosage and the every time I use it I vomited so I assume I use a large dose so you have to know the dosage you need very little

I've always liked Bulk Supplements.... but I am PISSED about this product!!! No way to safely measure the proper dose... and an incorrect dose of Selenium can be DEADLY. Amazon won't take this back, so complete loss of my money. Like I said... PISSED!!!!!!

I buy bulk supplements products regularly. Although I have not opened the package, for reason i will divulge, I have a comment (I reserve right to update when i do). I wish it came with an inner lining bag, because dust could be a problem, and an inner bag could minimize dust issues. For now, I will use an outer, bigger bag. This product provides a lot of product for small money. Better than Brazil nuts, because you don't really have any idea how much is in there. Here, the product is cut with dicalcium phosphate, good for teeth. 20 mg is indeed hard to measure out, so you don't wanna directly take it. What you do, is measure out a measureable amount, then do math, and then cut it again (dilute), you can use a calcium powder or whatever. Its very possible to take out 400 mg, there are gram spoons. That would be 20 doses worth, so you can do math, see how much additional calcium powder to add. Then stir it all up well. It doesn't have to be meticulous, but you want to add something gritty to help it disperse. MSG crystals for instance. Then you can stuff each dose into pill capsules by yourself. Its about averages, because no pill you buy is that precise anyway. Yes, product could kill someone, but so can reacting up your bleach and toilet bowl cleaner too, they are not banning those from homes. A warning sign, or sticker on product packaging, may help. B.S. could also just add a "scan for instructions" QR code link to video.

This is a singular strand of selenium but is good quality for that strand. The taste is good and works great for getting selenium into the teeth. We use this for toothpaste.

Sorry. But both times I have tried, it made me vomit my guts out😬. And gave a severe diarrhea! Please avoid!! Avoid!!

WARNING! The service size of 200 mcg is literally 5 thousand milligrams which is IMPOSSIBLY SMALL. Selenium poisoning can kill you. I regret buying it. There's no way to measure out a safe amount. It's like way less than a grain of rice. DO THE MATH. 200 MCG COMPARED TO 1 GRAM. IMPOSSIBLE!
