Brilliant price for a 3 in 1 product. Good brand as well and have bought from them before. Great stuff. Shilajit helps with testosterone production and is a good supplement to aid any strength training goals.

Herbal medication that does appear to actually work
My wife takes these for perimenopause and they work a treat. Not the cheapest, but we are saving a packet on broken crockery and comfort food so it balances out. No adverse side effects and a marriage saver.

2nd batch of shilajit semoss and lions mane
This is my 2nd batch, as a 50 something year old female i had seen the reviews for these, I do notice a slight change with regards to being more awake through the day, just finished my 1st batch so onto 2nd, as with all supplements these things take time and consistency.

I swear by lions Mane. Affordable. I take around 4 caps per day. 2 in the morning, feel a lot clearer minded. When it subsides usually half way through the day I take another 2. For the price give them a shot

Waited a couple of weeks before writing a review on these. I’ve tried seamoss and lions mane in the past and had positive results but I’d never tried shilajit, I think I’m about 3-4 weeks into taking these daily and I genuinely feel a massive difference in myself, more every through the day, not as much brain fog, they even help with the guy down there a bit. I used to be on TRT and these make me feel similar to what I did when I was on that
