The Lost Art of Towel Origami Paperback – 1 Oct. 2005

Very good book .Now the whole family can do towel origami . Lots of fun and fairly easy to do. Great for when we have visitors!!

Great gift, looked brand new , excellent condition ! Arrived sooner than expected.

This is going to a joke gift, has great photos and instructions.

Fun book to own and even use as a coffee table book to give some ideas and laughs. Have tried out a few and others love the efforts you put into making different fun shapes.

This book is superb if you've been on a cruise and want to learn how to make the various animals you find in your stateroom. Excellent value and a great book.

I didn't like this book. I flicked through it and decided it just was not for me. I expected to make a lot of these designs from one towel, but unfortunately not. They're very complicated (even for an origami lover) and require multiple towels. It required me to buy more towels than I need and spend ages faffing with the towels and for what reason - to struggle getting them open and useable again? I was looking for simple but effective designs that were relatively easy to fold and unfold that impressed guests (like the ones you find in napkin folding books). I was looking for quick and easy designs that I could do to people's towels on my way out of the bathroom to make them smile when they went back in! This book did not deliver and I donated it to charity. I am, however, impressed with how complicated the designs are, but they're not that easy or practical if you want to use the towel.

Following our cruise and seeing the towel origami on the ship I thought this would be a great present for those who like to be creative when visitors come. Something a little different for a present.

Having seen the wonderful display of towel art whilst on holiday in St Vincent, my daughter in law can now practice the art herself. Lovely Christmas gift.
