These don't seem like stainless steel and they're also painted silver
They're likely not 304 stainless. They're not magnetic, but they're painted silver to hide something. Based on the edges, it appears corrosion is possible. This is likely high manganese steel, which is more rust resistant than carbon steel and useful for making tools and knives. High manganese steel is even harder to drill and fabricate than stainless. Since genuine stainless generally cost more, this likely explains the deception.

A little bowed and a very unattractive finish. Depends on what you are using them for.
I buy a lot of metal, and this stainless steel is likely the worse-looking "new" stainless I have seen (see pictures). The bow in both pieces will be OK for my use since I am cutting them in smaller segments for brackets. But these things just look ugly. It is not just a matter of cleaning them; the crinkling on them requires some serious effort if you are looking for a finished look. Overall, I gave it three stars because the metal is functional for my use.
