How to print my label print correctly?

How to convert and print a label from 8x11（Canada Post/USPS/UPS/Fedex/DHL）inch to 4x6 inch size?

Firstly, install the "Munbyn Label Converter" software on your computer and connect your printer to it. Next, download the label file in PDF format. Then, simply drag the folder containing the label into the specified file area.

Why does RealWriter 941 turn on the red light when printing?

A red light indicates that RealWriter 941 requires a calibration label. Press and hold FEED (red/green light), release the paper after hearing the beep, and the printer will automatically calibrate the label size in a cycle.

Why does the printer print blank？

1. Please make sure your labels are loaded correctly, with the tear-off side facing up. 2. Make sure you are using the original Munbyn power adapter and power cord. 3. Please print the self-test page.
