Two 4 Foot Outdoor Artificial Boxwood Spiral Topiary Trees UV Rated Plants

I received these two topiaries and immediately fell in love with them! I thought they were fairly well packaged and were not crushed or falling apart at all! They are PERFECT! I read the reviews where some thought they looked too fake. I don't think so at all! I am using them on my outdoor back deck so I did not want silk. These seem as though they will hold up for years in the sun and rain. I live in North Carolina so winter is really not an issue here, but I will put them in the garage for the off season. Also I like that I am able to simply hose them off when needed especially during our pollen season which turns everything yellow. They stand up quite solidly in the regular pots you might buy a plant in that comes from the gardening store. I am surprised. But I have bought 12" diameter (at the top) pots to put them in for decorative purposes. I also bought decorative gravel to put in the pots and will adjust the level in the bottom of the pot to get the full height of the tree to stick out and place all around the topiary pot for extra stability during wind and rain days. That is why I bought a bigger diameter pot. Plus they look better in these beautiful pots I bought for these topiaries. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these beautiful plastic topiaries at least for outside use. I am VERY happy with this purchase! The price seems expensive, but are MUCH LESS than the silk style. And I will be using them outside so plastic makes sense to me. I am also very satisfied with the 4 foot height. Don't try to save money by buying a lesser height as height is EVERYTHING when buying a topiary for your outside deck to make that statement. (Unless you are putting one on a table.) These taller ones are the perfect size for a corner of your deck that needs some sprucing up. And for either side of a staircase either going up or down. I have also ordered 2 more for my front door entrance. I like them that much!! WORTH the money for their longevity and outdoor use.

First I will say I NEVER write reviews, I do purchase online a great deal, I normally end up returning due to product not being what I expected or buyers remorse not being able to part with the idea I paid so much for something I didn't feel product and material wise was worth it...I ordered these 2 plants thinking I would try them, but they probably wouldn't meet my 200.00 expectations and would have to return...I WAS WRONG! I opened the box and they were PERFECT, they are wrapped around a steel pipe so they are durable. I have been wanting to find some sort of decoration for our small front porch...Last summer I had purchased the real spiral trees from lowes at 100.00 A PIECE and they were guaranteed to last a year...after 6 months they both died, I returned them and Lowes did exchange them, but again after 6 months they die...It was partially my fault, I think the real trees need to be watered ALOT everyday, I would forget to water them a day or two and I guess thats why. I ended up throwing them away and have been trying to find something similar but preferred fake so it would last and be maintenance free! I have found a couple sites but they didn't have the spiral design I liked and IF they did they were CRAZY expensive...I just happened to look again 2 weeks ago and saw these...they were delivered quickly and ready to be put on the porch! They come in little pots but I actually got some oversized flower pots from lowes and filled with rocks around them to hold in place incase we get a good summer storm, they won't be going anywhere! I was extremely pleased with these, they look great on our porch and I'm glad I don't have to worry about keeping them alive!

I ordered these topiary trees 5 years ago, and I’m honestly amazed — they still look as good as the day I bought them! They’ve been outside the entire time, exposed to sun and weather, and the UV protection really works. No fading, no crumbling, and they still add that perfect polished look to my porch. They’re super low-maintenance and have held up far better than I expected. If you want greenery without the hassle, these are absolutely worth it!

I wanted a pair of faux shrubs in planters to dress up and give a lived-in look to the front entry of a second home. The location is a covered front porch - so lower light levels and lack of regular watering negated the possibility of using live plants. This pair of spiral topiary boxwoods fit the bill perfectly. "Planted" in 16" tall planters, they present a very nice appearance and an overall good size to be in scale with their surroundings. From the street (30' distance) the look natural and wonderful. And, even up close, though one will notice they are plastic, they are very good replicas of the real thing. The construction is really heavy and solid, the foliage is dense with a subtle but pleasant variation in green coloring to more realistically imitate natural leaves, and they look good from all sides and angles. I highly recommend these for settings where one either cannot support or does not want the option of live boxwood. (Plus, the "real thing" can cost upward from 200 dollars per bush.)

In the beginning of the year, I found two spiral topiary for my front door at my local plant nursery. They were expensive but I absolutely loved the way they looked by my front door. Well, one month later they started to turn brown. I thought I wasn't watering them enough, they got worse. So I watered them more, they got worse. So I called up the nursery and asked what type of fertilizer to use. i applied fertilizer and watered them, the became worse. I called up again and they had me do shake test for spider mites. They were infected with spider mites and spider mites kill evergreen topiaries. So within 4 months, I had two, dead brown topiaries in front of my house! Thank goodness I got a refund from the nursery. So I decided to try these artificial ones. They do look real from the street and you can only tell they are not when you are ringing my door bell. They look very nice but the little pot they come in is cheap. So I planted them in my front pots and secured them with mulch within the larger pot. It also raised them up several inches (so what you are seeing is about 8 inches in added height from the mulch and the deeper, larger pot). My front doors are 9 feet high for reference in the attached picture.

These topiaries were EXACTLY what I was looking for to class up my front entrance. They are VERY sturdy and full. There is a pole in the middle that is slightly visible if you look closely, but that does not detract from the overall beauty. The leaves are a variety of greens, which lends to a more realistic appearance. The topiaries are "planted" in small black pots, which are weighted down inside. When I "planted" them in my decorative planters, I added large rocks in the bottom of the planter so that it would not be top heavy due to the sturdiness and weight of the topiaries. That helped balance them, and the additional height of the planters allowed them to frame my doorway in a very attractive manner.

Very realistic and nice quality. I really like the product.

I needed some more faux foliage for an out-of-the-way corner of my side yard where routine waterings just weren’t going to happen and so I went on a hunt to figure out where I had purchased the 2 spiral boxwoods I’ve had on my front porch for quite a while. Upon finding these guys in my search history, Amazon informed me that they’ve been out there for 3 years already! We’re talking no shade whatsoever -100% of the day in the crushing Texas sun and no change in appearance from when I got them. Highly recommend.
