I was disappointed to find that this product which is advertised as vegan is in a single use plastic container which is unnecessarily bulky. Before repurchasing I'll be looking for another brand more sustainable packed.

I always think it’s very hard to write a review for supplements as they take a while to get into your system and if someone is taking supplements it’s likely their make other changes towards healthier lifestyle so any improvement it likely combination of this.What I can say is I have been taking supplements for approximately a year.When I decided I needed to change life and start looking after body, I went bit mad buying supplements for everything and was taking up to 20 pills a day! I’m now try lesson pills whilst still take most important that hopefully combined with healthier diet will keep me on path to good health.These are Fibre complex which are quite important to me as I suffer constipation often so along with trying to have more fibre in diet it’s a supplement I wanted to continue taking.I like that the bottles are sealed inside and not simply by plastic seal around lid.The container is easy to store been flat and slim takes up less room.They back of container has all information you need.A full list of ingredients ( all ingredients that are high fibre and known to help combat constipation).There is also full allergy information and dosage instructions.I like that these are made in UK and that contact address and email is on back of bottle so they are easy to contact with any questions.The tablets are capsule form and not too large so easy to swallow.The price is reasonable.I fully expect these to work and be and do what claims.I have been take for 4days no great changes for better or worse but over time combined with healthy lifestyle hope they will help keep me regular
