Medium #8 Tapered Corks. Bag of 25

These corks are a super value. I know it is not the intended purpose, but they make a great "barrel muzzle cap" for my 12 gauge tactical. A barrel cap costs about $20, is prone to rusting sometimes and must be removed prior to firing. Growing up as a boy in Central Texas on a 160 acre farm, we often improvised on our firearm maintenance. This is a perfect example and they are useful for many things. I push it gently into the barrel of my 12 gauge Mossberg and give it a little twist. If I need to raise and fire quickly not to worry; the cork will simply fly into the air just like the plastic "wad" used in the shell. I suppose I should add a disclaimer, so here it is: Don't try this at home or if you are common sense challenged. Great product at a great price with many uses. Recommended. PS - They can also be used as bottle stoppers. :)

These worked great on normal pop and beer bottles... cork stops about half way down making it easy to get back off by hand... If your looking to recap a n beer bottle or pop bottle this should be fine.

I used these for accents in a DIY wedding, pushing pins with ribbons on them into the large end. The small end went into a PVC cross member than held the shade cover. It was a wonderful detail that closed off the PVC and gave me an easy way to mount the ribbons. This was possible because the corks are well made, good consistency in quality, and did not break apart when jabbed repeatedly with a pin. And the price is so much better than the 4 corks in a package at the craft stores (I checked Hobby Lobby, Michaels and Joanne's).

Worked as expected. I bought these to make some decorative wine corks and they fit the wine bottles just fine.

These are a high-quality and low cost cork set.

Since I cannot find corks anywhere but a craft store and I did not need craft corks I needed wine corks I went to Amazon to search and found these. They are the perfect size for my wine bottles. Not too big and not too small. IT will last me a long time since there are 25 of them in the bag but it was well work the purchase price. Quick delivery too.

More than half of the corks were messe up

Solid corks, use them for many things. In particular, widdled one down small enough (and with a center portion of cork that was maybe 1/8 inch diameter and 3/4 inch long) that became my new keyboard riser. Since the stock plastic risers are always Crap!!!
