Q: What is the expiry date on this item please?

For the ones we purchased in January 2020, the expiry date is August 2021.

Q: Anyone have the full list of ingredients?

As far as I can see printed on the box, bottles and leaflet, there are only 3 ingredients. They are - PHMB - Antiseptic Polyquaternium - Preservative Hyaluronate - wetting agent I've used this solution for about 5 years and have had no problems.
