Does anyone have a problem with locking the cup? it worked well. All of a sudden I can't press it down and lock it. Thank you!

I’ve had the same issue off and on after a couple months - what I’ve found works most of the time is to rotate the wheel inside backwards a little bit and make sure it lines up with the cup properly and it usually fixes it.

Plastic cup is too tight around the black blade piece to take off and use. What should I do?

I have not had this problem- but if I am not careful the screw ends do not match up and it is not able to thread together. Could it be dried sticky juice that has locked it in? I would soak the whole cup-blender blade in WARM(almost hot soapy water and see if I could tease them apart using dry grippy cloth to seperate them- It may take several tries...
