Just received this the other day, so i can't speak to longevity yet, but will update after more use. For the price and the positive reviews I thought I'd give it a try before buying and installing a larger wood unit in the workout area in my basement. Initial impression is, it's super easy to set up, took like 15 minutes. My son and I have both used it (separately since it's a one man sauna). It takes about 15 minutes to start producing steam, but it gets hot. He did 25 minutes and I did 20 at level 9, and we were both soaked at the end and ready to get out. We both felt relaxed after. Only negatives that I can think of so far is no cleaning instructions in the manual, but I'm sure that can be looked up. I just plan on wiping it down after every use, and cleaning thoroughly when needed. The chair is also pretty small, but i put in one of my camping chairs. Also put essential oil in the steamer, and some battery powered lights so you can see in there since it can get pretty dark once the windows steam up. If this thing holds up, it's great value for the price. People thinking this is going to have every amenity will be disappointed. It does have a pocket on it inside and outside for phones etc. It's a great starter sauna. Update: After two weeks of usage between myself and my two boys, I'm still very happy with this purchase. We use it frequently after workouts, and it's holding up great so far.

This portable sauna works great and really gets me sweating, honestly comparable to the steam room at a gym. It heats up well, feels effective, and is easy enough to set up when needed. My only wish is having more space to leave it assembled for longer periods instead of packing it away. The only minor annoyance is taking it down after each use and letting it fully air dry, but overall it’s a worthwhile addition to my routine.

My doctor recommended that I start using a sauna more often, so I got this for home use. The setup is straightforward and doesn't take long to get started. One thing I’ve learned is to always fill the water tank to the max, regardless of how long you plan to stay in. Time goes by quickly once you’re relaxed, and it’s a hassle to have to get out and refill it in the middle of a session. The remote is useful for adjusting the heat without letting the steam out, and the chair works fine for what it is. It’s an easy way to follow medical advice without having to go to a gym or spa. Bought a thermometer and hygrometer for this purchase as well. Gets hot (roughly 90-100” degrees at 85% humidity). It some areas are hotter due to heat rising. We got the two person which is realistically 1 and a half people or two smaller people. Easy to put together and is in good over condition. Very sturdy. The material seems to work. There’s no lights so it’s tough to see anything, you’re basically in the dark. I Must have both pumps running to make it hot as one gets it to a comfortable 80 degrees.

I'll give it 5 stars based on the price. I knew what I was probably going to get when ordering it, but it surprised me. I'll list the pros and cons. I'm 6 feet tall, weigh about 250. Pros: Affordable. Easy to set up and clean. Build quality is good. Easy to use, heats up fast. Cons: Tall enough to stand but a little confined. The steamer box gets the bottom of the sauna really hot, but about midway up heat can dissipate fast. After having this for about a week and using it a few times I will share my method. I sit in the provided sit and bring a beach towel in with me. I will hang the towel over my head and use it to corral the heat from the steamer up to my body and face. This method works very well and I'll be dripping sweat in minutes. Is this as good as a real sauna? No. Is this nice and convenient to have at home to use whenever you want? Yes. I'd say this is about 70% as good as a regular gym sauna. I estimate it can get up to around 110° F, or there about. Since I got it I have used it 5 times in a week and it works well. It's cheap enough that I felt taking the risk was worth it and it worked out well.

I move this steamer around my room because it is lightweight enough. It is easy to set up and it works well. I added eucalyptus to my steam and its great. There are a few gaps in the zipper that let the steam out and I cover it with a blanket when I go in. Overall it works great flr the price
