I can’t even start this laptop. I reached out to the seller two days ago and I’ve heard nothing back from them. Plus Amazon says I’m not eligible for a refund until I speak with the seller…who hasn’t responded… 🫤

Computer works good. Had to reset windows 11 to get it to update. That the reason it don't get 5 stars. But having no problems so far with computer. I am enjoying it
