Fun, noisy, good value.
This is good fun to play with and good value for money. It's at the cheaper end of the market as far as RC tanks go but it has plenty of features. The controller needs 2 x AA batteries and the tank itself comes with a rechargeable battery and a short USB A charging cable. The battery has a proprietary 2 pin connector on it so don't lose the charger! The battery goes into the battery compartment on the bottom of the tank and is secured by a tiny screw (no screwdriver supplied) - I usually just remove these screws as the clip holding the battery cover closed does the job.The battery compartment was obviously for 4 x AA batteries but has been converted for use with the single rechargeable battery so you kind of just wedge it in anywhere and close the cover. It would be much better if this was clipped in somehow and if it was then recharged via a USB C port directly on the tank - but at this price point maybe I'm expecting too much!Controller is small - good for smaller hands - button for left and right and front and back. Also small buttons to rotate the turret left and right, fire the gun (the tank shakes and makes a firing noise) and a 'demo' mode button where the tank with drive about and fire the gun by itself. It has it's own sound effects for driving and firing and has headlights and rear green light that illuminate when the gun is fired. The sound effects of the engine noise is quite loud - it would be nice to adjust / change the sounds but again at this price point that's unreasonable to expect. So far we've had great fun with this and we've managed not to break it!

Not 1:16 Scale as stated!
I thought when purchasing that this description was incorrect and misleading considering the low price (Most 1:16 scale RC tanks usually cost around £100 at least). I originally wanted it for infrared tank battles with my1:16 scale RC Henglong Tiger 1. Unfortunately I will probably only use it for my Tiger's target practice. But considering the price, not a bad looking addition to my collection. Oh, it's the one on the right in the pic I posted. I would say it's actually a 1:20 scale.

Good value and great fun
This is a really good RC tank for the money. It’s not fast (it’s a tank, it’s not meant to be) but it is easy to drive and huge fun! As well as the forward, back, left and right driving, the turret rotates and the gun makes a firing noise. There are lights too. All in all, just what I would hope for from a toy tank. The controller needs AA batteries, but the tank has a rechargeable battery unit. Battery life is fair and recharging quick enough to not be frustrating.Build quality if what you might expect from a plastic toy tank, but this has lasted well so far.For £25 I doubt there is a better toy tank and given all the features I think it’s fantastic value.

Not as described
Contrary to the listing, the packaged instructions say that it can only be used on smooth flat dry surfaces, so no good for in the garden. The video is a blatant lie.I read the instructions and didn't even bother unpacking it.
