As described, arrived on time

I only gave this four stars because one of the little screws on the back is loose. I tried to tighten it with a screwdriver, but then the whole screw came out. It’s still good value for the money though so I didn’t contact the seller about it. It does what I need it to.

The frame appears nice from a distance, but started falling apart the minute I unpackaged it. The price that holds the glass panes together bows in, which you can see slightly from the front.

I love this frame, it's such a great price for the size and for a float frame. I would definitely buy it again.

This floating frame is awesome - very sturdy - even comes with hanging hardware so you can hang vertically or horizontally. I would definitely buy again! And can't beat the price!!! I highly recommend!

The frame is sturdy and attractive,but more important the customer service was outstanding. The first order was misplaced, after contacting the company it was promptly replaced without a hesitation or questions. A good frame sold by a good company.

Like the product just can’t justify purchasing again after prices have more than tripled since last year.

This frame is priced fairly high, so I hoped for a better quality product. It arrived packaged well, glass was in tact. Unfortunately the wood frame itself had a number of very small chips, and even one small split on the side near one of the screws. I considered returning it, however it took so long to receive the first time, I decided to repair it with some black acrylic paint. The end result looks acceptable - you can no longer notice the small flaws. Unfortunately I would not recommend or order this product again, the materials they are using are cheap and it damages too easily. Clearly they couldn't even avoid damaging it during manufacturing.

There are a few issues to address with this frame.1. It is NOT meant to accommodate a 16x20 picture! If you're looking to have a 12x16 picture in a floating frame, this is your guy! I purchased a 16x20 print, and this frame barely held it, I had to bend one of the edges over to get the frame to close. Afterwards, the picture goes right to the edge, not like the photo on the page depicts.2. Cheaply made, it is a wooden frame but the cheap clasps they use at the back to get it to hold together are terrible, and the hanging materials they include are a joke.Overall not very happy with this frame, I would have returned it had I not had to give it as a gift the day after it arrived (Dec 24th).
