No, one side is flapped to drop with the tailgate.

Q: How high can i pile my load with this?

The flaps on each side of the truck liner are 4 3/4 feet long. Depending on a load being piled in the center or cubed make a difference in coverage. With the adjustable straps, you can cover a board over 4 feet piled.

Q: I have a 2023 gmc sierra 1500 crew cab short box. bed is 5'8" (70"). shoudl i get the full size small or full size medium?

I ordered a small size truck- bed size medium for my Ram Rebel. The bed is 67.2” long and 51” deep. It fits perfectly. I have hauled several loads of soil and mulch and a couple of the trips I didn’t have to clean out the bed at all, and on the other hauls I was able to clean out the bed in a few minutes with a blower. I love it so far and it fits my bed like a glove.

Q: Will it work to store luggage? What size for a Chevy double cab truck? Regular bed.

It is not leak proof but good to keep dirt or gravel from leaving a residue.
