I cannot recommend this enough. I have one and have given one to anyone who mentions having headaches. You are able to put this in the freezer, but unless its a super bad headache or migraine, I am usually just able to set it out and it works at room temp. The pressure from the cap and the coolness from the gel inside make this a perfect alternative to medicine for headache relief. There is maximum comfort and I am able to wear this even when sleeping.

This is a game changer. Great product a friend told me about and bought one for those times my family gets headaches. Love the cooling effect. My son found it helpful for teen migraine headaches. Husband found it too cold over eyes. Would recommend for soothing relief for most.

I’ve had this for well over a year now and I use it often. It has stretched out quite a bit and I don’t have a very big head lol the outside material has detached from the inside material so it’s kind of loose looking but overall helps with pain. I’ll be ordering other brands just to see if they’re the same worse or better to determine if this is worth buying again. It definitely is good quality so I’ll recommend but if your like me and have frequent migraines and will need to use a lot and don’t want it falling apart or stretching out too soon the maybe get a different one.

Much more comfortable than using traditional ice packs, appreciate how quickly it freezes and how soft and stretchy the material is. Doubles as a “nervous system regulator” to reset during times of high stress, same concept as a cold plunge but quick, discreet, portable.

I bought it for my husband but it was so nice and cool... I took it over.. You see, I am dealing with several peri-menopausal symptoms, one being NIGHT SWEATS. This joker is incredible. It is cool, dark, smooth to the touch. Worth it. Perimenopausal approved. I just wish I could put it around my neck easier.

This is a bit of a mixed bag, frustratingly. This migraine ice pack gets super cold, which is awesome and works great when you first put it on, but it loses that cold just as quick and gets back down to room temperature within 20 minutes, which effectively takes away the whole point. It's fine in the short-term, but I then have to keep putting it back in the freezer to get cold and then rinse and repeat, which is annoying.

Slipped it on as soon as I bought it in the house to check the fit - ended up wearing it for 10 minutes fresh out of the box! No initial smell, super easy to slip on over my hair. I wish the nose area was a little longer to where the flaps would sit flat on the cheekbone there at the bottom, but overall, the design is pretty great. Box provides specific instructions for both cold/hot therapy and how to “wash” it (not water/washing friendly). It’s 55°F outside and fresh out of the box, it felt like it had already been in the freezer - the pain relief was instant and the most relief I’ve had from this migraine the entire 3 days I’ve had it.
