Missing Items
Its a great product, it powers up all of my RV needs, way more efficient and easier than installing an entire Solar Power system, only reason I couldn't give this product a 5 star is because it is missing the DC Charger and Solar power cable adapter, I have message seller and no response.

Easy to use and keeps its charge
We needed a good portable battery set-up to use at trade shows. It has worked well for us to keep a couple of tablets, a couple of phones, and two Point of Sale stations charged. For an 8-10 hour show, we still have over 80% of the charge remaining!

Not too shabby!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Just got this in the mail today and once opened it out of the box it already came almost fully charged. 4 USB slots and 3 120V plug in sockets. I was able to turn on my PS4, gaming monitor and charge my phone at the same time. So far so good, I will make another update once i’m able to charge it with solar panels.

Fantastic Power Station
Thought I had a problem with the unit. Sent them a email describing the problem and within an hour had a answer that solved my problem. Very nice unit.

highly recommend this portable generator!
So easy to charge and use! Not too big or heavy. Charged with a 100w panel and it was 99 % in less than a day. I love the battery capacity display and I hear no noise.

Government is warning about a power grid down event maybe 6 months?

Awesomeness! Great quality
Wow!! Very impressed! Works as advertised. Ran my thermal iceless cooler for 3 hours, and my 5 cu ft Artic King chest freezer for 8 hours before it started beeping (at 35% power remaining) recharge warnings.

Great Product!
Does everything that was advertised it would do, but faster.I charge my cell in less than 45 minutes, my laptop in less than 90 minutes.When I went to recharge the unit it took, from 36%, less than 4 hrs to full charge.Update: Shortly after my first review the generator went south. Not sure of the cause but it just stopped charging well.My 45 minute cell phone charge wasn't charged after 90 + minutes, laptop was worse. I'm assuming the unit was just bad and plan to try again once the refund process.
