Have to say I thought these would just be some kind of placebo tablet full of herbs but have to say that they gave me all the same effects at a fraction of the price. Some side effects of odd feelimg head and sharper vision but that is what you get with the big V!!!.May not work for everyone but have to say I'm very impressed. Have ordered more in the lower dose as this is more like a full strength V.

For best, most effective use and swiftest results, swallow one with sufficient water on an empty stomach. Desired results usually range between 30-60 minutes after taking. I found that these were effective for many hours afterwards. A good product at a good price.

They taste terrible - so gulp them down with a lot of water - but the effect 45 minutes later was amazing for what is a "herbal" treatment. The effect lased 6 hours, which is astonishing and certainly helps if you are planning an evening of repeated exercise. I did get side effects - with facial flushing - but I usually expect that when the "herbal supplements" contain the important active ingredient. Packing was good - with blue diamond shaped tablets in a blister pack, that was dated for 20 months ahead. Overall - satisfied; and at £2 a dose, these are cost effective too.

Whilst I don't use these enhancements I thought I would give it a try, a little extra can never hurt. Sadly despite following the instructions these little pills had no effect whatsoever.
